• Prices provided include sourcing and agreed service charges unless stated otherwise.

• Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.

3. Preorder Services

• NGX Logistics sources products based on customer requests.

• Customers are responsible for confirming product details (size, color, specifications) before placing orders.

• We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as supplier delays, customs clearance, or public holidays.

• NGX Logistics will provide updates throughout the shipping process.

• Customers can track orders through the provided portal.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Supplier issues

• Customs processes

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year)

• Vessel delays

However, we will always keep customers informed.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Preordered items are generally non-returnable.

• Refunds are only issued under approved conditions (e.g., unavailable items).

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Liability

NGX Logistics is not liable for:

• Manufacturer defects

• Misuse of products after delivery

• Minor variations in product appearance

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

• Provide accurate order details

• Make payments on time

• Respond promptly when contacted regarding their orders
