Welcome to NGX Logistics. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

NGX Logistics provides product sourcing and delivery services within Ghana only.

2. Order Types

We offer three types of orders. Each has different payment structures and delivery timelines:

2.1📦 Preorder

  • Pay for the product first to secure your order
  • Delivery timeline: 5–9 weeks
  • Shipping fee is not included initially
  • Shipping cost will be communicated when goods arrive in Ghana
  • Items are delivered or picked up after full payment

2.2⚡ Fast Orders

  • Pay product + shipping upfront
  • Delivery timeline: 7–20 days
  • Orders are processed immediately
  • Items are available for pickup or delivery

2.3🚀 Express Orders

  • One-time payment (product + delivery included)
  • Delivery timeline: 5–15 days
  • Delivered to your nearest post office or Speedaf agent
  • No additional fees required

3. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
    • Shipping delays
    • Customs clearance
    • Logistics issues
  • NGX Logistics is not liable for delays beyond our control but will always keep customers informed.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be completed before order processing
  • Orders will not be processed without confirmed payment
  • Prices may change without prior notice

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or shipping has started
  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • The item is unavailable
    • The order cannot be fulfilled
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within a reasonable time

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Provide correct name, phone number, and delivery details
  • Be available for communication when contacted
  • Pick up items on time when notified

NGX Logistics is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.

7. Third-Party Products

Most products are bought from China.

  • NGX Logistics acts as a procurement and logistics service provider
  • We are not the manufacturer of the products
  • Product quality is based on supplier standards

8. Limitation of Liability

NGX Logistics is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics
  • Losses resulting from incorrect customer details
